Rates are subject to change at RMHWC discretion

Based on a per client basis AND proof of income may be required
Sliding scale for 30 minutes starts at 55.00

Sliding scale for 45 minutes starts at 65.00

Sliding scale for 60 minutes starts at 75.00

Letters for established clients are written in session with clients.  There is no charge for these letters.  

If paperwork is required to be completed out of session, there is a charge of $200.00 per hour for each hour (or partial hour) of time spent completing paperwork.  Minimum of 1 hour charge to be paid at time paperwork is given to counselor.

(crisis/emergency counseling  billed $75.00 per 15 minutes after 60 minutes) 

These may not be covered by insurance.  Costs not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the client
